Trinius has just launched our refurbishment product which enables our customers to both purchase and refurbish their residential property. This allows our customers to deliver value enhancement. The works are considered “light refurbishment” which means that there are no structural alterations. For instance loft conversions or extensions are excluded, but internal reconfiguration and decoration works are fine. Through this product we can fund up to 100% of the cost of the works.
