At Trinius we try to keep our process streamlined, so that you can have the confidence you will have your finance secured as quickly as you need it.

OUR STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE

Step 1 – Initial Consultation
Call us for an immediate consultation. Talk us through your financing requirement, and a member of our team will be able to guide you through the available options from Trinius with indicative pricing.

Step 3 – Assessment and Pre-Approval

Your application will be formally assessed by our credit underwriting team and formal credit approved heads of terms will be issued. We will evaluate the bridge based on an your income, credit history, property security, and other relevant factors.

Step 5 – Finance Legals
We will appoint an SRA registered solicitor from our panel who will issue your solicitor with our standard suite of security documents. Our solicitor will also raise enquiries on the property security through the client’s solicitor.

Step 7 – Disbursement
On completion day we will drawdown the finance and remit it to your solicitor’s account, so that you can complete.

Step 9 – Redemption
When you are ready to pay back the finance we will instruct our solicitors such that we release all property charges on the day the finance is paid back.

Step 2 – Application and Documentation

If you want to move forward, please complete the relevant application forms which can be found on our website. We will also need you to provide various “Know Your Client” information including Proof of ID and Address. Our team will guide you through the process.

Step 4 – Property Valuation

Upon signing of the Credit Approved terms, we will instruct an independent RICs qualified surveyor to assess the value of the property which we will provide finance against. In certain circumstances, we can take reliance on an existing valuation, but this is by exception.

Step 6 – Final Approval
Upon receipt of satisfactory valuation, and receipt of the signed securities documents, our credit committee will sanction the finance.

Step 8 – Maintaining Communication

During the term of your finance we will stay in regular contact with you to understand the progress being made to pay back the finance on redemption. Typically this is through a refinance or sale of the security property.
